Improved Centro and Treo680 support

Hackweek IV (last week) I worked on Centro 685 (GSM) and Treo 680 support. I worked on unifying code and removing redundancies. Current Centro 685 status should be the same like Treo 680. Bluetooth works (it's again Broadcom chip attached to UART…), IR works (same as on Treo 680), green LED, keyboard backlight, keyboard map, sound and also GSM.

Feel free to get it and test from .

I would like now:

• clean current code and push to upstram
• add 324×324 resolution to Treo680
• fix GSM stuff (if not on in PalmOS, it goes to sleep soon)
• add support for other smartphones 755p and Centro CDMA
• create new builds of kernel for PalmLD, PalmTX, PalmT5
• add support for Treo 650 GSM and push to upstream

If there is any volunteer to prepare userspace with GSM capabilities, don't hesitate to contact me. I won't get to that soon
